Dancing with the dogs & Playing in Central Park

The Rainbow-wow room was pretty spectacular. The closest thing to it may be some of the bigger dog shows held in the conference center hotels... but not as pretty. We did get there a bit early because Ms.Persephone drives like a maniac...so we checked out the place.

Ms.Persephone borrowed the humomm's camera
and took a shot of Lucia and me.
Lucia had a couple of really neat dresses
this one had a golden paw print on the shoulder
<-------pretty neat I thought. Looked really nice with the bouquet of a dozen red Wilson Buster Balls I gave her. They were rather heavy -- but she was a trooper and she never complained. She is quite an amazing
dancer for such a young aireegurl.
I forgot to ask her if she was taking agility class.
I was too busy whispering in her ear!

Here's one of the bottles of wine I brought to warm us all up so we could dance...
and
dance
and dance some more...

It sure was fun to meet all our blog-buddies and
sit and toast all of us...one by one.... we went through
a number of bottles------------------------->
toasting this and toasting that..and toasting each other
you know, just having lots of fun.

So after the wine and dance, Persephone led us to Central Park to take a run. We ran for hours, checking everything out and taking turns chasing one another!

Then, Lucia fell down the rabbit-hole!

But I rescued her... I wonder why those kids were laughing so hard.

Lucia has lots of energy and wasn't tired at all--even after dancing all night--so after a couple of hours, we all decided to "borrow" a hansom cab....and trot trot trot back to from whence we came. Ms. Persephone, of course, was in the driver's seat...talking to the horse. Lucia and I were snuggling in the cab.

We all had a great time and are ready to go back just to play in the park.
So that's some of what we did last week!

theBUSTER, Ms.Persephone & Ms. Blue <---I got to stay home... ∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆

Ciao, dolce Principe Azzurro!

Sigh ... you are un sogno, mio caro ragazzo ...!

That was such a fun weekend, wasn't it? New York isn't Rome, of course, but it's still a magnifico citta, with so many things to do and see. Thank you for rescuing me from the rabbit hole -- santa vacca, what a potential nightmare THAT was -- so we could continue to have our wonderful weekend. And of course, thank you to the bella Ms. Persephone for not only bringing spring just in time, but also for being such an expert horsewoman ... er, horsedoggie.

I left something for you on my bloggie, which, FINALLY, mia ragazza updated...

Tanti baci e abbracci!
Lucia
